Thank you for contacting us.  SuSalBo is a proprietary blend of natural, organic minerals that make our soap bubble more, harder and clean even my grandson without being harsh.  It took years of research to get the formula right.  ROE is Rosemary Oleoresin Extract .  This helps keep soft oils from going rancid too soon.  By adding this I can add more shea butter, hemp oil, sweet almond oil and other oils that would normally have a shorter shelf life due to oxidation.
