We choose not to use sweeteners or flavor oils in our lip balms because sweeteners and flavor oils make you want to lick your lips! This just makes your lips even dryer. Some of our lip balms contain small amounts of honey for their antibacterial, antiseptic properties. Most of our lip balms contain cocoa butter and/or shea butter.
