Lone Star Naturals wants you to be informed about the hazards of skin care products.  There are companies out there that are using ingredients in there products that are carcinogens, genetic mutants (birth defects) and harmful in so many other ways.  These companies say their products are "natural" or they use shea butter knowing they only put about 1% shea butter or less in their product. Our moisturizers (Body Butters & Lotion Balm Bars) are carefully formulated to help retain and add moisture to your skin without harmful chemicals.

Lotion Balm Bars (formerly called Lotion Bars) We have a large assortment of lotion balm bars that are made without water.  Rubbing the bar between your hands and then rubbing the balm wherever you need it.  A little goes a long way.  These are not soap; they do not require water.  Lotion Balm Bars contain the same great ingredients as other folks water based lotion products but without the water, chemical ingredients or harmful preservatives.  By not adding water you do not need the preservative.  We do however add ROE.  Our Rosemary Oil Extract (ROE) is a food grade product. It's a thick, dark green liquid with a definite herbal aroma, which prevents rancidity in products in which vegetable/plant oils have been used. This product is made up of oil soluble antioxidant compounds and contains no additives; it is made of 100% rosemary oleoresin.

Shea and Coco Butter products are all skin pampering oil and luscious butters.  These are whipped for ease of application and must be kept in a cool place to keep them from melting.  These products must be shipped in special containers with a coolant during warm months.
